What is the MATCH Framework?
MATCH is an acronym representing five key areas of sexual health: Medications (like PrEP), Awareness (knowing your status), Tools (condoms and barriers), Communication (talking with partners), and Habits (testing frequency and self-care rituals). These elements work together to create layers of protection. Learn more about MATCH.
What does SafER sex mean?
SafER sex is a harm-reduction approach that acknowledges that perfect safety isn't always possible, but multiple layers of protection make sex safer. It combines barriers, communication, testing, medications, and other strategies based on your individual needs. Read our blog post on SafER sex.
Is the HARNESS curriculum inclusive?
Yes! The HARNESS Project is explicitly trauma-informed, pleasure-positive, and LGBTQ+ inclusive. Our curriculum affirms diverse bodies, identities, relationships, and sexual expressions while providing evidence-based sexual health information. Learn about our approach.
Can I use these tools with my students or clients?
Absolutely! Our interactive hub is designed for educators, clinicians, and community workers. All tools are free to use and integrate into your programming. Check out our facilitator guides and training materials for implementation support.
What is U=U?
U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable) means that when a person living with HIV maintains an undetectable viral load through antiretroviral therapy, they cannot sexually transmit HIV to partners. This is a game-changing scientific breakthrough that reduces stigma and fear. Learn more about U=U in our blog.
