How to Use These Cards

For 90-Minute Workshops

Use 1 icebreaker (5–10 min) + 1–2 activity cards from the modules you're covering + 1 closing activity. Mix and match based on your audience.

For Full-Day Programs (6+ Hours)

Use all icebreakers + 2–3 activities per module + discussion prompts + role-plays + closing reflection. Layer in visual toolkit materials and slides.

Print & Customize

Download each card as a PDF. Add your organization's logo, adjust language for your audience, print on cardstock, laminate for durability. Cards work as physical tools or digital references.

Facilitation Notes

Each card includes trauma-informed facilitation tips, inclusion reminders, and tips for handling difficult moments. All language is judgment-free, shame-free, and LGBTQ+-affirming.

What Each Card Includes

Card ID & Type

Every card has a unique ID (G1, 1.1, 2.2, etc.) and type (Icebreaker, Activity, Discussion, Role-Play).

Objective & Module

Clear learning objective and which module it supports (General, Module 1–5).

Time & Group Size

Estimated duration and flexible group size (pairs, small groups, whole group, any size).

Materials List

Everything you need (markers, cards, visual toolkit materials, etc.). Minimal setup required.
